TERMS OF PAYMENT:
BelAire Bangkok accepts all major credit cards. Billing to company is available once credit application has been arranged with hotel’s Finance department. Written authorization will be required from company prior to guest’s arrival for both payments by company credit card or billing to company.

2. The above rates are non-commissionable.
3. We trust that this contract shall be treated in full confidentiality and shall not be disclosed to any 3rd party. Any violation of the agreement may cause for BelAire Bangkok to send a formal termination letter with immediate effect. Subsequently, we shall not be held liable against any losses incurred resulting as a consequence to the cancellation of contract.
4. All guests must present credit card or cash deposit as a guarantee of their incidental expenses upon check-in.
5. These rates are valid only with authorized signature of both parties for acknowledgement.
6. Child policy: Child under 12 years old sharing bed with parents is Free of Charge excluding breakfast.
