As we all are aware of the political tense situation in Bangkok since a month, which has majorly affected the Bangkok Economy in the previous month. In spite of the entire unrest situation, the numbers of patients (mainly oversea patients) to our clinic are not altered, as our clinic is located in Sukhumvit 21 which is extremely safe and peaceful in all regards. During that time, our main motto is our patients Safety, and our duty is to keep the patients aware of any such crisis, and we informed all patients to stay in the hotels around our Sukhumvit 21 dental clinic, as this area still be normal, as it's almost 30 min by car from Rajprasong area. Finally now that the Red Shirt Protestants have surrendered themselves on Wednesday, May 19. The CRES was now able to put the overall situation under control. The CRES also facilitated the protesters who wish to return home by asking them to assemble at the National Stadium where transportation were prepared. The situation is under control, things have calm down and all the Hotels, Transportations, Hospitals, Shopping centers and Embassies are working as normal. Government offices and businesses have resumed normal operation. Full banking services and trading on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has also resumed.
Bangkok Metropolitan Administration organized big cleaning day for the capital Bangkok on Sunday May 23,2010, volunteered by about 2,000 people including some foreigners to help restore normalcy for the tourism and business sector.
We hope that the city of Life is back to track again, with most happening night life and the Evergreen Tourism.
